Wallet withdrawals

Where your wallet balance can be withdrawn, you request it from Wallet in the Paylesa app to your bank account, and you can follow the request there.

Refunds are separate: an order refund is requested from Refund Balance, and a return refund is paid through the Resolution Center.

If a withdrawal hasn't arrived or was rejected, talk to an agent.
