Wallet balance and history

Open Wallet in the Paylesa app to see your balance and its transaction history.

Refunds for orders cancelled before delivery are not added to the wallet: they appear on Refund Balance and are paid to your bank account. Approved return refunds are paid to your bank account too.

If a transaction looks wrong, talk to an agent with its date and amount.
