How long refunds take

Every refund is reviewed by the Paylesa team before it is paid, so the time depends on the review and on the bank transfer.

• Order cancelled before delivery: the refund is on Refund Balance in your account. Request it there and follow its status.
• Return of a delivered item: follow the case in the Resolution Center (My account > Resolutions).

Support can tell you where a refund is, but can't promise a date before the review is done. If it has been longer than you expected, talk to an agent.
