How to start a return

To return a delivered item:

1. Open My Orders and select the order. 2. Choose Resolution Center and start a return for the item. 3. Add the evidence asked for, such as clear photos of the item and its packaging.

The vendor responds to the return, drop-off and inspection are tracked on the case, and Paylesa reviews and resolves it. An approved refund for a return is paid to your bank account.
