Open My account > Resolutions to see each return or claim and where it is: waiting for the vendor, drop-off, receipt, inspection, review, or refund.

Refunds for orders cancelled before delivery are on Refund Balance instead.

If a case hasn't moved, talk to an agent with the order number.
