Open My Orders and select the order. The tracking timeline shows every update from the moment the vendor hands the parcel to the delivery partner until it reaches you.

Once an order is placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled from your account. Contact Paylesa support and the team will review the request and cancel it where that is still possible. If you did not complete payment, the order is cleared automatically.

Choose Buy Now on an active product, confirm your delivery details and the price, then complete the payment on Paystack's secure page.

If an order is cancelled before delivery, you can request the refund from Refund Balance. For a problem with a delivered item, start a return from the order in the Resolution Center and Paylesa will work through it with the vendor. Every refund is reviewed by the Paylesa team.

Pay Less is Paylesa's discount game. Before checkout you can spin for a discount on an eligible product. Spins are bought separately, and a discount you win is held on your account for that product until its checkout deadline.

Use the chat bubble on any page, the Contact Us form, WhatsApp, phone or email. The current support hours and contact details are always shown on the Contact Us page.

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack over an encrypted connection. Paylesa never sees or stores your full card number.

Your order is only charged once Paylesa confirms the payment, so an unsuccessful attempt does not complete the order. If money left your account but the order still shows unpaid, contact support with the order number and the payment reference.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive. If you still cannot get in, chat with us or use Contact Us.

Open your account and choose Become a vendor. You'll set up your store, add your business details and submit them for review before you can list products.
