Vendor payouts

An order's earnings stay pending while it is being fulfilled and while the customer's return window is open. Under the current rules they become available after the 24-hour hold that follows delivery, as long as no return is holding the order.

You can see your earnings and request payouts from the vendor dashboard.

If a payout hasn't arrived or an amount looks wrong, talk to an agent.
