Changing a delivery address

You can add or edit your saved addresses in My account > Addresses. The address on an order is the one you confirm at checkout.

If an order you've already paid for needs a different address, talk to an agent as soon as possible with the order number. The team will check whether it can still be changed before the parcel is shipped.
